Stage Manager Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full stage production process before, during, and after events

  • Assist in building and managing detailed run sheets and schedules

  • Coordinate artist timings, arrivals, and stage transitions

  • Communicate in real time with sound engineers, lighting crew, and production staff

  • Help manage backstage flow, ensuring artists are guided properly and on time

  • Assist with on-site problem solving during live shows

  • Support build-up and breakdown logistics on event days
